1. About this policy
This Privacy Policy explains how Pixbyte FutureTech LLP ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use the LuminoPro mobile application (the "App") on Android or iOS.
LuminoPro is the mobile companion to LuminoPlan, our production planning and business management platform for laminate manufacturers. The App is intended for employees and other authorised users of businesses that hold a LuminoPlan account (each an "Organisation"). Accounts are created by your Organisation — the App does not offer public sign-up.
For business records you create or view in the App (orders, customers, inventory, staff records and similar), your Organisation decides what is collected and why, and we process that data on its behalf. If you have questions about how your Organisation uses that data, please contact your Organisation's administrator as well as us.
2. Information we collect
Account and sign-in information
When you sign in we receive your username and password to verify your identity. After signing in, the App receives and keeps a session access token, your user ID, username and Organisation identifier so that it can make authenticated requests. Your password is not stored on your device.
Business data you enter or view
Depending on the permissions your Organisation grants you, the App lets you view and manage business records stored in LuminoPlan, which may include:
- Sales orders, dispatches, production plans and inventory records.
- Customer and vendor details such as business names, contact names, email addresses and GST / VAT registration numbers.
- Staff and HR records such as employee name, employee code, phone number, wage or salary details, attendance, advances and payouts.
- User and role administration details for your Organisation.
Photos (only when you choose)
If you choose to add an image to a design record, the App asks for access to your camera or photo library. Only the photo you capture or select is uploaded to your Organisation's LuminoPlan account. The App does not scan, browse or upload any other photos, and you can decline or revoke this permission at any time in your device settings.
Technical information
Like most online services, our servers automatically record basic request information — such as IP address, date and time of the request, the API endpoint called and device / operating system details sent by the App — for security, fraud prevention and troubleshooting.
What we do not collect
- We do not collect your precise or approximate location.
- We do not access your contacts, calendar, microphone, SMS or call logs.
- We do not use advertising identifiers and the App shows no advertisements.
- The App does not include third-party analytics, advertising or tracking SDKs.
3. How we use information
- To sign you in, keep you signed in and apply the permissions your Organisation assigns.
- To display, create and update your Organisation's business records.
- To upload design images you choose to attach.
- To keep the service secure, detect misuse and diagnose problems.
- To respond to your support requests and communicate important service notices.
- To comply with legal obligations.
4. Information stored on your device
Your session token and account identifiers are kept in your device's secure storage (Android Keystore-backed encrypted storage or the iOS Keychain). A small number of non-sensitive app preferences are stored locally. This information is removed when you sign out; uninstalling the App also removes it from your device.
5. How information is shared
We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share information only:
- With your Organisation — records you create or update are visible to authorised users of your Organisation according to their roles.
- With service providers — such as cloud hosting and infrastructure providers that operate our servers on our behalf under confidentiality obligations.
- Font delivery — the App may download typefaces from Google Fonts, which means Google receives your device's IP address when fonts are fetched. No account or business data is sent to Google.
- For legal reasons — when required by law, court order or to protect the rights, property or safety of our users, our customers or the public.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
6. Data security
All communication between the App and our servers is encrypted in transit using HTTPS. Access to data is restricted by role-based permissions set by your Organisation, and session credentials are kept in encrypted device storage. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information.
7. Data retention
Business data is retained for as long as your Organisation keeps its LuminoPlan account active, or as instructed by your Organisation, and may be kept longer where required by tax, accounting or other laws. Server logs are kept only for as long as needed for security and troubleshooting.
8. Your choices and rights
Subject to applicable law (including India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023), you may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may withdraw consent for optional permissions such as camera and photo access at any time from your device settings.
Because your account belongs to your Organisation, many requests can be handled fastest by your Organisation's administrator. You can also contact us directly at techyandy005@gmail.com and we will respond within 30 days.
9. Account and data deletion
To request deletion of your LuminoPro account and associated personal data:
- Email techyandy005@gmail.com from the email address linked to your account (or ask your Organisation's administrator to contact us).
- Use the subject line "LuminoPro account deletion" and include your username and Organisation name.
- We will verify the request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
Your sign-in account and personal profile details will be deleted. Business records your Organisation is legally required to keep (for example invoices, dispatch and accounting records) may be retained by the Organisation, with your personal details removed or anonymised where possible. Signing out and uninstalling the App deletes locally stored data immediately.
10. Children's privacy
The App is a business tool and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
11. International processing
We are based in India and Canada. Your information may be processed in India or in other countries where we or our service providers operate, with appropriate safeguards in place.
12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the effective date at the top of this page and, for significant changes, notify users through the App or by other appropriate means.
